Career Pitstops for Senior Doctors

These one-day small group workshops offer the opportunity to come away from the workplace and reflect on the next stage of your career.  The Career Pitstop for Senior Clinicians is a practical, proven, and psychologically safe space for experienced doctors to reflect, re-energise, and plan the next stage of their careers. Developed three years ago and delivered to nearly 300 doctors since then, the programme consistently receives outstanding feedback and has a demonstrable long-term impact.

The Manor is the perfect location to spend a day reflecting and planning. Set in the heart of the Cotswolds, it is within easy reach from London, The Midlands, the South West and Wales.

Retention of  the senior medical workforce  has become a priority within the NHS. These workshops are effective in empowering senior clinicians to re-engage with their career and make changes which will increase engagement, fulfilment and career longevity.
